The way the unit is designed, there are multi zones inside the unit without having to create a separation which would remove valuable bottle space. Whites go towards the bottom (colder) and the reds toward the top (warmer). No home is complete without a Vinotemp Wine Cellar. Please note: It is a normal function of the unit for the temperature to fluctuate. The unit is designed to cycle and this fluctuation of 5 degrees prevents the unit from excessive cycling.
